Our summer 2022 high school youth trip will be to the national ELCA Youth Gathering. Every three years, 30,000 high school youth and their adult leaders from across the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America gather for a week of faith formation known as the ELCA Youth Gathering. Through days spent in interactive learning, worship, Bible study, service, and fellowship, young people grow in faith and are challenged and inspired to live their faith in their daily lives. This time, the youth gathering is being held right here in the Twin Cities from Sunday, July 25 to Thursday, July 28, and registration will begin soon.

We will be having an info session for parents and students (those who are currently in 8th-12th grade are eligible to attend) at church at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, September 29. This is the regular youth group time, and 8th graders and parents can stick around after confirmation. We will also schedule another time over Zoom if needed. This trip is always a lot of fun and a great learning and growth experience! We hope that many of you will join us.
