Rahn Elementary, The Open Door Food Pantry, and Mount Calvary are partnering to bring our community together for one last “Hoorah” before the program year and collect supplies for Rahn Elementary's 2021-2022 school year. At this neighborhood gathering, you can expect games, free treats, a chance to meet Rahn teachers, and see what's happening at The Open Door. Come join us for some shaved ice and bring some school supplies to ensure everyone has what they need to have a great school year.

Where can I drop off school supply donations? You may drop off donations at Mount Calvary at any of the following dates and times:

• Sunday, August 22 at 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

• Monday, August 23 at 10 - 4 p.m.

• Wednesday, August 25 at 6 - 7:30 p.m.

• Thursday, August 26 at 10 - 4 p.m.

• Sunday, August 29 at 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

We have enough cardboard boxes but are looking for volunteers! More information below.

How can I help? We are looking for volunteers to help set up and run this event from collecting and organizing supplies to helping set up and tear down. If you’re passionate about making sure all students have what they need in our community, this is a perfect opportunity to step in.

My child doesn’t go to Rahn Elementary. Where can I find help with school supplies? The 360 Communities Jumpstart for School event will have school supplies available for your K-12 students. You must register to participate. Registration begins on August 2nd. Call (952) 985-5300 or (651) 322-5113 to register. Distribution details will be provided during registration.
