Veterans Village Update

Update on the Development of Our North Property.

We have executed a purchase agreement with MACV and Lennar for the appraised value of the property. Our comprehensive development application has been accepted by the City of Eagan. The plan will be reviewed at a public meeting on August 27 and then by the City Council on September 3. The proposed closing date is scheduled for September/October. More information will be shared following these meetings.
