A celebration of Phil’s life will be held at Mount Calvary Lutheran Church in Eagan at 11 am on Friday, November 4, 2022. A visitation will precede the service from 9:45-10:45 at the church, and a lunch will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be sent to Mount Calvary Lutheran, Lutheran World Relief, or Lutheran Social Services.
