Welcome Mount Calvary's New Staff Members
May 22, 2017
Brian Hornbecker, Faith Formation/Communications Coordinator
I am a recent graduate of Warburg Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa, having completed my degree there after a fifteen-year career in budgeting, strategy and human resources in the federal government. I grew up in western Maryland and have spent most of my life in the Washington, DC Metro area. I transplanted myself to the Midwest a few years ago but I am brand new to the Twin Cities area, so I am looking forward to exploring and learning about my new home. I will be marrying my fiancé, Josh, in June, and we will be living right here in Eagan. I’m excited about my new position and about becoming part of the community here. I’m looking forward to meeting and getting to know all of you.
Deb Jones-Thompson, Administrative Assistant
I am newly retired from a career in mortgage banking working on both the residential side of the business, as well as commercial mortgages. I started out as a receptionist in a small branch office and worked my way up to the corporate offices becoming a manager of several departments. I enjoyed my career, but now am very excited about this new position of Administrative Assistant with Mount Calvary. My husband Mark and I have lived in Eagan for 15 years and very much enjoy the community. We both like to golf and winter getaways to Arizona or Florida are something we look forward to when the snow starts to fall.
Congratulations to Our Newly Elected Council
